After a three-year search, Christie's International Real Estate has found its new Houston affiliate in Nan and Company Properties, led by President and CEO Nancy Almodovar.

According to a recent article by the Houston Business Journal, Christie’s – the luxury real estate branch of the London-based auction house – had to make sure they found the perfect company that would align with their own distinguished vision.

Nan and Company Properties was incredibly honored to have played a part in the success of the 19th annual St. Anne Foundation Gala. As a precursor for the 2017 Gala, our company was proud to sponsor the VIP Event held on Tuesday. It was a night of special one-night-only auctions, flowing drinks and delectable hor d'oeuvres.

The gala on Saturday evening was just as beautiful, elegant and successful. Over 600 guests attended the Escape to Paradise, and more than $900,000 was raised overall for the St. Anne Foundation -- an all-time record! What an exciting weekend for Houston! We witnessed tons of celebrities and festivities, an electrifying halftime performance, a shocking Patriots comeback and Houston traffic even hectic than usual. Our city had been preparing for this past weekend for months, and although the game has come and gone, the city’s appeal will only soar from here. With new hotels in place, a more entertaining Downtown and even more improvements in the works, what we’re seeing is an infrastructure built for the long haul.
