Kyle Hatcher may be new to residential real estate, but his professional background has allowed him the skills to make for a smooth transition. With a degree in business marketing, Kyle started his career in electrical distribution for the oil and gas industry at Wholesale Electric Supply of Houston. He was then granted the opportunity to open a division of the company in Canada, where he worked for two years facilitating international clients of industrial construction projects.
Upon his return to the states, he was awarded the task of starting a new division of managing integrated supply in commercial and industrial real estate for WES. He led the integrated supply team to support the property management division for Jones Lang LaSalle, which later evolved into managing the supply for Exxon Mobil’s industrial facilities along the Gulf Coast.
Kyle believes that 12 years of sales experience and his compassion for understanding people’s wants and needs will help him in all aspects of real estate, whether it be residential, commercial, industrial or investments. He values quality customer service, communication and paying attention to detail above everything else and feels that these are the keys to success in any industry. Here at Nan and Company Properties, Kyle partners with fellow sales associate Abigail Dodds to form The Hatcher Group. Together, the two work to serve clients’ luxury needs in all areas of Houston.
When Kyle isn’t working, you can typically find him enjoying Houston’s nightlife, parks, restaurants, diverse culture and architecture, his favorite things about the city! He also enjoys staying healthy and loves running at Memorial Park with his two Dobermans.
