It seems Natalie Garza was destined to thrive in the real estate industry. A third generation Texan, she grew up watching and learning from her parents, who managed rental properties. Thanks to her varied background in construction, design, and investing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every interaction with her clients at Nan and Company Properties.
In college, Natalie studied science and biology before becoming a surgical registered dental assistant (RDA). In that role, she took care of patients and managed dental offices for seven years before deciding to leave the profession.

When Natalie met her husband, the two became a dynamic team, buying and selling several properties each year. Natalie experienced tremendous success after seeing an 800 percent return on the sale of her fifth property, and she knew then that becoming a licensed real estate agent was a natural progression for her career.

Natalie not only enjoys the prospect of helping others find lucrative investment properties, but she also takes great joy in showing clients a home’s potential. She considers herself a builder at heart, and she loves nothing more than working side-by-side with architects, remodelers, and designers to turn average homes into dream destinations. Her knowledge and passion about this side of real estate is a definite plus for homebuyers and puts her in a class all her own among area agents.

As a lifelong Houstonian, Natalie takes pride in showing clients around the city in the search for their perfect home. She gets particularly excited about the many development projects happening in areas like River Oaks, Memorial, and The Woodlands, which she believes is a sign of growth and opportunity.

Besides taking care of their investment properties, Natalie likes volunteering at the Houston Food Bank and St. Thomas High School. She and her husband also spend a lot of time visiting their daughter at Texas A&M University, watching their son’s high school football games and keeping up with their toddler’s playdates.
